Shopping with us is easy and secure!
1) Select the books you wish to purchase by adding them to your shopping cart.
2) In your shopping cart, you can enter the number of books you wish to purchase, review your order and add or remove any items. At this stage, G.S.T and postage and handling will be automatically added (click here for Shipping & Returns information).
3) If happy with your order, click on the Proceed to Checkout button. The checkout procedure will transfers you to PayPal's secure server for entering credit card or PayPal payments details, as well as your contact and delivery address.
A 10% GST (Australian Goods and Services Tax) is only added for Australian customers. It is not added for international customers.

Mail Orders
It's possible to mail order. Simply click here to print/download the order form. Complete the form and post it to: S Richardson,19 Silver Street, Fremantle WA 6162, along with a cheque or money order for the correct amount (orders will not be sent out until cheques have cleared).

Shipping and delivery
Within Australia Using Standard Australia Post:
$4.00 per book.
International Using Economy Post:
$14.20 per book.
Goods are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment. You should generally expect to receive your books within 7 days in Australia and within 14-21 days international. Express post, registered post and insurance are also available. Please email for a quote.

Returns, Refunds/Credit
We will happily exchange or refund your purchase in full if the books have been mis-described or are defective. Just email us within 3 days of receiving your order and then return the books for a full refund.

Payment
Through the PayPal secure server, we accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard for online payments. For email and postal orders, we accept money orders and cheques made payable to "S Richardson" (goods not dispatched until cheques have cleared).
